- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fluid and is subject to change based on requests and projects. While Thumbtack does reflect a good preview of pricing, a conversation is always recommended for accurate estimates and quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule either a good date and time for a call to get to know the customer better if there is time between the time they reach out and the day of the gig or event. If I'm able, I also like to try and meet with the customer prior if dealing with things such as weddings or music videos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education or training in my fields. All hands on work in both fields of photography and videography through community meetups/workshops, internships, and hands-on experience.
