- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts available for Non-Profit organizations. the small business I may work with the price, as to how big the project gets the more expensive it gets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to confirm the order. get paid or if we agree paid into half of the payment if it is more than $1000. Start working on the website, get the content from the customer all images should be copyright free or taken by the business, the website will be complete within two to three weeks. if the services other than website design, then the process is different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Security. Masters of computer and information security. Certified Ethical hacker, and CompTIA Security+ certification. 7 Years Teaching Web Development, Networking, Hardware, and Software Configuration, and IT Support. 15 Years of experience designing and developing websites. 21 Years of experience with PC Support and Networking.
