- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a general guide, basic web design starts at $800.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer specifies clearly their work requirements and we produce the first draft or mock up. Upon their sign off, we indicate how long it will take to complete the work and proceed to work within that timeline. We bill upon client's acceptance of the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 45 years of combined experience in web design and development. We most work on WordPress and Shopify, but we're experts in most popular content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, Magento, etc. All of our designers have at least an Associate Degree in related fields.
