Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am certified by the Celebrant Institute and Foundation, as a Wedding Officiant/Life-Cycle Celebrant. I offer different ceremony packages, but the two most poplar are: a basic wedding ceremony where I will customize the ceremony based on the couples wishes. Short, sweet and simple! Or, I will write a beautiful ceremony, telling the love story of the happy couple. If the couple is of different faiths or ethnicity, I will make sure to incorporate elements from each faith and culture into the ceremony. This is the most important day of their life and I want it to the most beautiful and meaningful day as well. The wedding ceremony is the couples opportunity to express their love for each other in a way that friends and family will understand. If there are children, whether small or grown, I can create a ceremony that includes them as well. I am also a Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent. As a former Healthcare Executive with over 30 years of business experience, I am professional, timely and customer service focused. When you need a document notarized, you need it done quickly and correctly, the first time. I am double certified by the National Notary Association and Notary2Pro. I meet people from all walks of life! The documents needing notarizing are important documents that need to be done quickly and correctly. I like traveling in the city to meet people and to help them with their document notarizing needs. And I love performing weddings! Writing the ceremony and seeing the joy it brings to the happy couple and the guests fills me with joy as well.

Ms. Poster-Taylor met us at a local library. Reviewed the documents and professionally guided us through the signature and notarizing process.

Terri went above and beyond in having this affidavit notarized for us. She revised the date on the document, printed it, met the borrower at her home to have it signed, notarized and returned it to us quickly. She was friendly and professional. Great job!

Wedding Officiant

SHE IS AMAZING!! We love her and our guests did too. Everything from how personal she made our ceremony to just how sweet and nice she is. We could not be happier that she married us.

Terri was great! She was very flexible and understanding when I needed to have her visit twice. Came out to meet me at my mobile home for a VIN and mileage verification. Offered quick communication and flexible scheduling. Highly recommend her :)

Wedding Officiant

We had a great experience with Terri for our wedding. The ceremony she created for us was personal, professional, funny and sentimental. Everyone at the ceremony asked me where I found her. My sister and fiancée will be contacting her for their ceremony next year. We highly recommend Terri Poster-Taylor for officiating your event. Thank you Terri!

License Type: Notary Public (FL)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My base fee is $50 which includes travel to your location and one notarization. Additional documents are $10 per document notarized. If there are multiple documents, I will discount the per document fee based on the number of documents. These fees are for general notary work. For loan documents, please call for a quote as the price will depend on distance traveled, number of pages in the loan document, type of loan, etc. To write the ceremony and perform the wedding is $150 minimum. I can do as much or as little as the couple would like. The $150 takes care of officiating the ceremony, writing the love story to share at the ceremony and my travel fee. Fees go up with additional elements added to the ceremony. All of this is discussed during the free, no obligation consultation. I can also conduct the State of Florida required marriage ceremony for $90.00. The fee includes conducting the ceremony, travel fee and returning the marriage license to the issuing authority via Priority Mail.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For a wedding ceremony where I will be creating and writing the ceremony, I like to meet with the couple before I have even been hired! This gives us a chance to see if we "click' and if I am the right wedding officiant for the couple. If we do hit it off and the couple decides they want to hire me, I have a questionnaire to give them to fill out, giving me details on how they met, when they fell in love, how and who proposed, etc. This is the basis for the ceremony that I will create for them. The couple has the final approval on the ceremony that I write and they can make as many changes as they want to the ceremony until it is exactly what they want for their special day.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I belong to the Professional Association of Notaries Public, National Notary Association, American Association of Notaries and the Florida Notary Association. I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent by NNA andI am also a graduate of Notary2Pro and all of these offer courses, updates, changes to the law, etc., to it's members. The Celebrant Foundation and Institute, where I received my certification as a Celebrant, also offers continuing education through the Alumni Association.
