  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes. 34 hours every 3 years for the Electrical License, 14 hours every 2 years for the General Contractors license, 14 hours every 2 years for the Home Inspector License, State mandated CEU's for the Wind Mitigation Inspectors certificate. As a member of InterNACHI, (National Assoc. of Certified Home Inspectors) we are required to do some 100 hours of continuing education per year. Also hole OSHA safety certificates.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't look for price only! Make sure you ask about the number of years inspecting, licenses, past employment.
