- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Signature 'Customized' Facial averages $85 and last 75-80 minutes! Extractions, if needed, are included in this price. I also retail "Dermalogica" skincare products to my clients and if requested, I design a personalized skincare regimen to meet their individual. at home, skincare needs. Complimentary samples of Dermalogica's products are also available to my clients. Samples are an excellent way to get to know a new product and experience its benefits before making a purchase!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer my new client a 15 minute, complimentary "Skincare Analysis" of their skin and review of their at home regimen. Sometimes adjusting a few steps in their daily maintenance routine along with the right skincare products .... can make a world of difference in their skin's health and appearance! Improving one's skin and reaching their goals is a team effort. Its important to let your client know that you have their best interest at heart and you appreciate their trust and business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially received my Facialist License in California, after completing 700 hours of education and practical application. Following, I completed over 100 Hours of additional post-graduate training at the International Dermal Institute (IDI); and was awarded their "Postgraduate Certificate of Achievement" (one of the highest honors in the industry.) The skincare industry, its products and techniques are constantly changing. That's why I'm always continuing my education and hands-on training at various institutions that specialize in advance skincare techniques and modalities.
