Learn from my mistake and run !!! This contractor picks up $20 an hour day workers from the local labor force and expects them to lead the project. Losing my deposit for a partially complete job was the least annoying part of engaging with this company... yes, you read that correctly! 3 weeks into a 3 day project, and after miserably failing an inspection on a very simple project, we decided to part ways. I then had three knowledgeable contractors look at it and say it's was too messy too touch. I finally found someone who could help but had to pay for demolition of what this company did along with all new building materials, since the majority of what was removed was not reusable. The owner of the company is a very nice guy and thought for weeks before deciding to finally leave this review. In the end, I didn't pay for a nice guy to destroy thousands of dollars worth of building material, please learn from my mistakes and run. General contractors are in very high demand right now, and the fact that this guy is still marketing on an app for startup companies shows he has had little to no word of mouth referrals.

We were hired to complete an outdoor Lanai. After finishing the structure, the owner, Mr. Patel, called Palm Beach County for an inspection. The building inspector reviewed the project but did not leave any comments on the physical structure. However, the inspection was failed due to incomplete and unstamped plans. Although I was not present at the inspection, I reviewed the official comments, which are summarized below: • Palm Beach County Building Department Comments • FBC 107.2: The plan reviewer commented on Revision 1, stating, “For document Sheet 1.0, provide stamped approval by design Professional Engineer.” The structural plan was not signed and sealed. No further inspections will be performed until this is satisfied. • FBC 105.1: Since the Roofing worksheet Form 400 was not submitted with the roof underlayment NOA under the revision, a roofing system has not been identified. Therefore, a specific dry-in method should not be installed until all required documents have been provided and reviewed. • TEMPORARY dry-in is permitted to protect the house from water intrusion due to the soffit being cut open. • No structural comments were made. Following the inspection, Mr. Patel contacted me and stated there were numerous issues that needed immediate attention. I informed him I would need some time to return to the site. He then mentioned he had a roofer friend who could finish the job if I agreed to forgo collecting the remaining balance and allow him to pay his roofer friend instead. I agreed and we parted ways amicably. Four weeks later, Mr. Patel posted a review regarding the project. It is totally false This guy even stiffed his engineer/architect who wouldnt not stamp the plan
