From start to finish, the team from Koala was spectacular!! Clint (the CEO) worked hard to earn my business…explained all my options, walked me through the process and was even there on the day they did the job to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Technicians Andrew and Steve listened to my concerns, worked carefully and quickly and cleaned up after the job. I have already noticed a steady lower temp in our home and my A/C is not cycling as much it has in the past. I highly recommend! Job well done!!

Overall a great process. They showed up on time, and the owner even followed up after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. Bruce was our sales guy, and he was really knowledgable and did a great job of breaking down the different options. Really glad we went with the spray foam, we're already seeing a big break on our power bill and it's getting hotter.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally don't offer discounts as our service is difficult to offer. We do occasionally run specials for upgrades to services, so be sure to ask your service representative about any specials we may be running.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up an in home consultation in which all employees will be wearing proper PPE (masks). We will also reach out prior to coming to your home and ask if there are any extra precautions you'd like us to take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer a combined 40+ years of experience in our field, and all of our management level is certified by the Koala Insulation Franchise.
