I hold degrees in Accounting, Finance, and a valid CPA license with the state of Florida. In addition, I'm also a registered tax practitioner with the Internal Revenue Service and am ready to help you with any IRS compliance issue. Michael Graham helped me out when my past CPA of 10 years went rogue on me. I had a slightly complicated situation where my tax filing classification was in transition and Mike picked up the ball and ran with it. I emailed him on a Sunday based on the good reviews he had - expecting not to hear back until the week started. He emailed me personally that same day and helped me to better understand my own situation, as well as relieve my anxieties about whether I was eligible to change my tax filing status. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. I like to discuss the details of an engagement before quoting a fee. But, once a fee is quoted, that is the fee we will stick to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start every new job with a phone call to understand the client and the situation. It is helpful when a client provides us with the prior year tax return and accounting books. From there a fee is quoted and the job begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold degrees in Accounting, Finance, and a valid CPA license with the state of Florida. In addition, I'm also a registered tax practitioner with the Internal Revenue Service and am ready to help you with any IRS compliance issue.
