I was charged $100 for Todd to come out and attempt a repair, tell me it needed more work, then leave a puddle under my sink without telling me. A few days after, John came out to repair the damage. He was thorough and double-triple checked everything in the vicinity to make sure there would be no further issue. I can say they went out of their way to make sure everything was handled by the end.

We were having a hard time finding someone who was willing and able to replace a new outdoor light fixture 20' high above our front door. Marvin assured me he could build a scaffold and do the job safely. He came out of following day, replaced the light fixture in less than two hours. Mermaid Engineering Handyman Services were prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them for your honey to-do lists!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently charge $75.00 per hour for all handyman services! $25 for a trip charge within 5-25 miles and a $50 trip charge may apply to travel greater than 26-50 miles, from our Qualified technicians. . Please note there is a $25.00 fee for cancellations!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with our customers to get their name, address, phone number and email (for billing). We then create an electronic work order so the technician can call the customer to answer questions and schedule an appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Colorado Technical University with an Associates Degree in Business Science with honors in 2013. I have over 35 years of marine, residential and commercial construction and mechanic experience. We also specialize in Drone videos and survey services.
