1) Consultation: Connect with client asking questions and listening attentively to the present needs and challenges being faced in their business.
2) Proposal: Devise specific solutions to problems and suggest services that will help client be more effective and have more time to focus on growing their business.
3) Engagement: Agree in writing to the terms of service to be performed.
