- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on desired service type. For recurring monthly services, there is a fixed rate. For one time services, there is a variable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Consultation: Connect with client asking questions and listening attentively to the present needs and challenges being faced in their business. 2) Proposal: Devise specific solutions to problems and suggest services that will help client be more effective and have more time to focus on growing their business. 3) Engagement: Agree in writing to the terms of service to be performed. 4) Partnership: Collaborate for a common cause to produce successful results for the business. Provide ongoing support periodically through out the year. Share any new discoveries and trends that may increase efficiency and profitability.
