- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please be as detailed as possible when requesting a calligraphy/engraving service. Things like the type of paper/item, the length of the text, the date you need the items in hand, etc are all important pieces of information and will guarantee you receive an accurate quote! My prices will vary depending on quantity, text length and deadline. *Engraved liquor bottles are online available for pick-up in the Orlando, FL area unless company has a license to ship alcohol
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We chat and discuss your project needs, timeline and design vision. 2) I email a quote for review based on your needs. Once I receive approval form you, I'll send you the invoice and will collect the necessary information to complete your order. 3) A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the beginning of the project and the second half prior to shipping/delivery, unless other arrangements have been made. *Rush orders and commissions under $500.00 require full payment upfront. Once I receive the payment and necessary information, I'll start creating beautiful pieces for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been formally trained by highly renowned calligraphers and I'm an instructor myself.
