After my ac unit went out, I was in desperate need of repair and wanted to replace my very old unit - as we have a baby on the way any day now. I came across Ray and saw the plethora of 5 star reviews and comments, so decided to reach out to see what the fuss was about :) I’m SUPER thankful I reached out, as Ray was extremely responsive, transparent and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond during the entire process - even coming the day of my call to help get my AC running in the interim until he could come back out over the weekend to replace the full unit. I’ve had previous AC repair work done by others on my upstairs unit for upstairs and have never had the level of professionalism, communication and support as I had with Ray. Ray communicated every step of the way and made this one of the easiest experiences I’ve had with repair work. I was so impressed that I’ve already referred him to my entire family for any future needs they have. Thanks for saving the day, Ray!

We had an original quote from a different contractor and I felt it was too high. Arctic Air offered me an alternate solution over the phone without even seeing our unit. He came out and worked until after 7pm to make sure we had AC. Definitely went above and beyond.

Ray was wonderful! He really came through for me when I was in a bind. I had previously had another technician to come out to perform regular maintenance on my AC and it stopped working after that service which seemed very odd to me. I was then told by the previous tech that I needed a new blower motor. I had a feeling I was being taken advantage of so I gave Ray a call and he came out on short notice, replaced the capacitor and got the unit working again! I really appreciate his professionalism, honestly, and quick response. His expertise saved me a hefty bill to replace my unit and I will definitely use him again!

Ray was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, explained the lack of cooling problems with my heat pump(bad capacitor, dirty air handler coil)and how to resolve and if possible prevent them from reoccurring. Ray also educated us on correctly troubleshooting and maintaining the system to be the most efficient possible in order to help extend its useful life. I will definitely contact Arctic Air should I need HVAC servicing done. Thank you Ray for a job well done!!!
