- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all A/C and HVAC issues, we go out and first diagnose the issue. Once we know what the issue with your system is, we talk about a solution and the pricing. We will always let you know about what the problem is and the price before moving forward with the project. Once you have approved the repairs, only then do we move forward and payment is collected afterwards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the same process for new and old clients. We come out to diagnose the issue, then with your approval move forward with the solution!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA certified.
