- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try that the price I give on the portal is similar to my final price, so it is good that the customer give me details of the work to be done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer tells me exactly what he wants, if it is through the best portal, since there is proof for both of them that the work is done as requested, so I try to please him, if it is necessary to give advice on how it would be better. I suggest the work with a lot of respect, but in the end what the client wants is what matters to me.
