- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard packages, but we always like to hear what the client is looking for and we are always willing to bend the structures to come up with the best solution for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working WITH our clients, not just for them. Depending on the nature of the assignment we like to either collect as much information as we can via email, and if necessary we do phone calls, Skype meetings, or meet in person to make sure we are all set. We are always available and approachable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience from Real Estate from Europe and the U.S. Both as Agents and as Photographers. More than 5,000 homes photographed over the last 2 years. Hundreds of small to very large events. Hundreds of headshots.
