The customer communicates describing the problem, and relevant information is gathered during an initial consultation. Schedule Evaluation: If necessary, an on-site assessment is scheduled to better understand the scope of the problem. Budget Presentation: Based on the assessment, the client is presented with a detailed estimate that includes labor costs, parts, and any additional fees. Client Approval: The client reviews and approves the budget
