- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates and transparent, competitive pricing. Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and project requirements. We always discuss the price before starting the job, with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the customer's project and expectations. We then schedule a visit to evaluate the job, take measurements, discuss options, and provide an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project and keep the customer informed from demolition to the final finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in residential construction and remodeling. We have experience with bathroom remodeling, tile installation, flooring, backsplash, demolition, painting, and interior renovations.
