- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type and scope of the job, so we like to keep things straightforward. We’ll come out to the site to take a look and discuss what needs to be done, then provide a clear estimate based on the work involved. Once you approve the estimate, we’ll move forward with the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by introducing our company and the services we offer. We’ll talk with you over the phone to understand the issue or project, then schedule a time to come out to your property and perform a diagnostic if needed. After assessing the situation, we’ll put together a detailed estimate for your review. Once you approve it, we’ll move forward with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in the electrical field for over 10 years, gaining hands-on experience on both residential and commercial job sites. Throughout that time, I’ve handled a wide range of projects from basic wiring to more complex installs like EV chargers, security systems, and landscape lighting. In 2023, I started Ara's Multiservice LLC to bring that experience directly to customers and offer reliable, professional electrical work backed by years of practical training in the field.
