- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our work based on safety, quality, and 15 years of real automotive experience — not shortcuts. CarLando Mobile Brakes isn’t the cheapest option, and that’s intentional. Our clients choose us because they value their time, their schedule, and their peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it’s your first time working with us or you’ve been a client for years, our process is always the same — respectful, clear, and focused on delivering safe, reliable brake and suspension work. We start by understanding your concerns, confirming the service you need, and giving you straightforward expectations before any work begins. From there, we handle the job with the same care and attention to detail we’d use on our own vehicles.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 15 years of professional automotive experience, starting with 2 years in heavy truck and coach, followed by 13 years as a Red Seal–certified automotive technician in Ontario, Canada. The Red Seal program is one of the strictest in North America, with a major focus on road safety, proper repair standards, and accountability. That foundation shaped the way I work today — every brake and suspension job is done with precision, safety, and the same high standards I was trained under. I carry that level of professionalism into every service I provide here.
