Never go for your friend's cousin's neighbor's designer because they're cheaper. Branding and design is an investment in yourself and in your brand, and should be treated as such.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That customers knew the importance of having a distinct voice. You don't always have to have a solid business plan or every financial detail for the entire year worked out, or a large team for that matter. But what you do need is crystal clear message and identity that is consistent and genuine.
