FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My ad states no hourly rate, and that is because I price by the job, based on what is needed and the type of group for which I'm performing. Frequency, distance and other factors also play into pricing, but you can count on a fair and accurate quote and a GREAT time :) I *always* discount for Veteran's Support organizations like the American Legion, AmVets, VFW, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is wholly dependent on the type of event. If it's a wedding or other special occasion, we typically begin by asking the prospective client to complete a questionnaire. Basic answers to basic questions often fuel more in-depth discussion. Let's face it, the better informed Bouncer Entertainment can be about what our clients want, the better prepared we are to over-deliver :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not really applicable to this line of work, though my other side jobs, as a web designer and network consultant, require constant learning - something I love to do
