What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest. I do good for work for a reasonable price. I show up to do the job. A good deal of my work is repeat business. I am your "Neighborhood Electrician."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the Client, discuss the project, submit an estimate, if accepted, obtain all necessary approvals, do the work, collect payment, and do a follow-up for customer satisfaction. It is important that the customer has approval for outdoor lighting from HOA.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BSEE in electrical, power engineering, 2 state contractor licenses, 1 master electrician license, Nicet III certification, and numerous specialty certifications for different cabling systems.
