- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email a questionnaire out to the client. Then we schedule a time meet with the client via phone, Skype,, or face to face. Then we determine their need for the event. We come back within a week with a time line of how their event would go, we allow them to critique what have come up with, and then we can customize their changes Once the client is ready to proceed then we ask for a nonrefundable deposit.

Collectively we have over 10 years of education from various different schools of Seminole State College, Full Sail University, and South University.
