- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price and work from that. I really try to work with the budget given to me. Obviously, we have to cover expenses, but I do not feel that great food should cost an arm and a leg. The client's experience should be memorable and stress free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with or speak on phone to get a better understanding of what the client is looking for. Discuss the options for each individual need and work with their budget to give them an unforgettable experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My son was getting married and the prices for the catering were unbelievable! I talked him into letting me do his reception, and the rest is history!!
