- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RVBT offers such a variety of services that we sometimes use an hourly rate and sometimes a flat rate based on the project. Our hourly rate is typically 65.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour in addition to our 65.00 service call. A flat rate covers labor and cost of material if RVBT provides the materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process at RVBT is to reply with a general quote to the client as we typically have minimal information in the initial request, photos are ALWAYS helpful. The client then has access to message or phone us. We ALWAYS need more information and will possibly visit the property for a formal estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the maintenance field. Our owner himself has a strong electrical background along with timeshare property maintenance, general household maintenance, appliance repair, renovations, additions and a multitude of other skills. If we cannot provide you a service we can connect you with someone in our network.
