Stop looking and hire James! Hands down best contractor I’ve ever had. Excellent communication and quick scheduling. I gave him a variety of projects and he did wonderful with them all. Very knowledgable and extremely dynamic set of skills. Doesn’t cut corners, completes every job the right way. I wish I would have found him sooner. He is a go to person, no need to look for multiple people to hire for different projects. He's truly a pro and knows his stuff! He was very thoughtful and cleaned up after himself and took care of all the details in his work - it was extremely well done. I cannot recommend him enough - he is the absolute best.

James with Precision Construction has been excellent in his advise and skill. He has done a great job on soffetts, facia, baseboards, and door installation. Especially replacing the front door which required extra care and precision. I hope to continue his skill applied to some plumbing installations and plaster repair.
