What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fixed monthly fee for ongoing bookkeeping services & accounting services.
Clean-Ups (Annual Bookkeeping Service) one-time fee.
Business & Individual Tax Return preparation one-time fee.
Business entity formation & BOIR filing one-time fee.
Credit repair & building guidance one-time fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will setup an initial call to discuss your needs and what your goals are. After that, I will send you a detailed email highlighting our conversation and providing additional information about our services. If the client decides to hire us we move forward and will send the client our contract to be reviewed and signed.
Next in our onboarding process would be to either set up a QuickBooks Online account or be invited as an accountant by the client into his existing QB Account. We would familiarize and start working right away on the client's books maintaining effective and proactive communication at all times. Our process typically would be to maintain the client's books current and to provide the client with the Business Financial Statements during the first 10 days of the following month. With that in hand, your business will be ready to file taxes promptly and help you save and grow your business.
We have monthly or biweekly meetings with all my clients to go over their financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) to make sure they understand their finances as well we are available by phone, text, or email for all our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a strong background in accounting and extensive experience in working with QuickBooks Online. Lianet Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and brings a strong understanding of economic principles to the table. Gustavo Mendez Perez, with a Bachelor in Science of Accounting and Finance, possesses in-depth accounting and financial expertise. Together, they provide a well-rounded perspective to ensure your business thrives.
