Make it Swain was fantastic to work with and delivered a high quality project - converting an open office area into a bedroom.
We consulted with half a dozen contractors to find someone who would take this on, many of whom were unwilling to take on a relatively small project, or were going to charge an obscene amount. I appreciated Eric's willingness to take on the job despite its relatively small size, and yet charge us a reasonable rate for the work delivered.
Eric was highly flexible and worked with us to achieve our vision for they project, while providing practical input/suggestions.
During construction, he and his team were highly attentive to detail and delivered and overall extremely high quality product that we are very satisfied with!
We already have them lined up to do a couple other smaller projects around the house and would happily hire them again for a bigger renovation!
