- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. Although we are certain our numbers are competitive. Every project is unique and there are many variables that can affect pricing. We strive to make the most of every dollar; without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with new customers is setting up a appointment to discuss their wants and wishes for their new project. Once we have a full understanding of what is needed, we are on to the drawing board. Robert's vast knowledge of the construction trade gives him the ability to come up with many ideas and different ways to make your project the most cost effective. Our typical turn around time to generate a proposal is 2-3 days. All this depends on how detailed your project is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Robert Cole is a state certified general contractor. Florida license number CGC059747. This on top of his 30 plus years of experience in every aspect of construction. There is not one single project that is too complex for him to manage.
