- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. I will charge by the project or by the hour, whichever the client prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and attending classes as needed. All of my applications are the most recent versions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I applied for a job in a print shop for typing. It turned out to be Typesetting. As I progressed in my work experience, I self taught myself in all aspects of the printing before branching out to start my own business.
