What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting at $50.00 depending what documents are being notarized and how many pages. Each notarization is different and requires different solutions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself, ask for their full name, address and best contact number and ask them what type of document needs to be notarized. I will always explain what forms of Identification they will need before I arrive. The documents and ID must match exactly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Mobile Notary agent through the National Notary Association. I am fully background check, I have E&O Insurance and I am bonded.
