Introduction: Hi, my name is CJ Jones. I've been certified for 5 years and am also a former NFL player 7 seasons. Hyper-Fitness Training is a full-body training session for the arms, abs, legs and fun circuit. I work on resistant training, parachutes, bungee cords, tire pulls, acceleration ladders, speed ladders, stride-length ladders, push sleds, and cone drills. I also do pool training. We train ages 6-80 in sport-specific -- basketball, football, soccer, track baseball, softball,volleyball, and water aerobics with position-specific training. All training is done with resistance or in the sandpit for better results. With Hyper-Fitness, you will get the results you are looking for!
