- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always met my clients just to know a little bit about them, their expectations, their goals, knowledge of the language, what he /she likes, etc. then I have an idea, I prepare my classes according with each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first education is that I am Spanish native speaker. I am studying in ELE international Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain) to have my Spanish Teacher Certification (Spain). I also have a certificate from Neuroscience Institute (NCI) in life couching.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my son was born and he started his pk, I noticed that his fluency in Spanish was weaking due he was learning English at school, so I decided to start teaching him Spanish at home. we read, writed, played, singed and did all the activities just in Spanish. when my second boy was born, I did the same, now I am super proud to say they both are fluent in both languages. Many of my friends'kids lost their Spanish as their primary language, because their parents didn't do what I did.
