5/5 would give 10 if I could. Punctual, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I called at 11am because my unit wasnt running and by 1230 my house was 72 degrees. Robert came right over and had it fixed in minutes. And the price was much better than I expected. When it's time to replace my system I'm calling Robert at AAR.
