I had my air ducts cleaned, it must have been probably more than 5 years since they got cleaned. They covered all my furniture so dust won't get all over it. Clean the air ducts and showed me the before and after, they clean the metal vents that cover the air duct and left it super clean. They spray the air ducts with some solution for mold and stuff. Very satisfied with their job.
