I just had Trousdale construction remodel four commercial bathrooms for us. The job was completed when we were told it was going to be and we had constant communication with the contractor throughout the process. Every question was answered and addressed to our satisfaction. The crew that did the work was very conscientious. They never slacked off for a minute. They also interacted with our staff in a very professional and friendly manner. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished, which is so very important in a professional setting. We will have more work to be done in the future and I will use Trousdale again, without hesitation.

I own a therapy clinic and hired Trousdale to correct a mistake made by a previously hired general contractor. I was concerned the job would be too small however Trousdale accepted the project. Both Spencer and Hector were professional and prompt in communication. The project was completed quickly and tailored for my patient's needs. I would highly recommend Trousdale Construction and hope to hire them again in the future.

Most Flexible And Reasonably Priced I met with (4) General Contractors before Trousdale Construction was recommended to me to for the build-out on my new business. I had no idea what I was doing and trusted Trousdale Construction to handle. They were the most flexible and reasonably priced. Through-out the process, Spencer was very supportive, and many times proactive to point out issues as they arose. My plans were not perfect. He made excellent recommendations to keep costs down and quality up. A few times he made a call to resolve an issue and absorbed the cost to keep the project on schedule. We have every intention to use of using Trousdale Construction again.

The guys over at Trousdale Construction did an excellent job for me recently and I really could not be happier. The whole process was a very pleasant one as well because of how smooth they made it. They were very timely and they communicated well which I really appreciated. The quality of their work is spectacular as well and their price is very competitive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for some construction work to be done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be reasonable with our pricing and do our best to provide you a fair and accurate estimate. It’s also helpful to know your budget so we can explain all the options available to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information about the project from you such as measurements, drawings, etc. Then we schedule a site visit to fully understand the scope of your project and provide you with an estimate. Once we’ve hashed out the details we’ll email you a quotation agreement to review and sign.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at age 17 working for a Structural Engineer and grew a desire to build what was in the plans. I quickly learned while working under a GC the difference between what is shown in drawings and what is actually on site and how to construct within industry and code standards.
