- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my early 20s I was a trim carpenter and then a draftsman for a few years ( didn't like office work) and then worked a mobile home manufacturer. In my 30s I started my own business that lasted till my 50s that evolved so many of my talents including woodworking, mold making,creative thinking, 3 ph wiring, equipment repair, employee management, bookkeeping, computer skills, welding (I can weld I'm not "a" welder) commercial construction in that I expanded the building from 5000 s/f to 15000 s/f over the years, I've owed and managed investment real estate for the last 22 yrs. sold my manufacturing business in 2006 and have been doing handyman/remodeling since (so I don't get bored with golf lol)

Building my personal home and managing mine and others investment properties
