Called for an appointment and spoke with Ashley, which was very sweet and she had Mike come out the very next day. Mike was very professional and found the issue with my supply air duct immediately. I was very happy with this company and definitely recommend them.

Michael was great! He called before coming. He thoroughly explained everything that was wrong and how it could be fixed and maintained. I definitely would recommend him because he’s extremely professional and knows and understands how to explain air conditioners and the issues to those of us who don’t know how to fix them. And he doesn’t try to nickel and dime you.

Great service. Excellent quality of work and very professional. The technician installed my nest thermostat and set up the nest thermostat app on my phone. We had a great experience . Thought it was a pricey replacement unit at first but they had to do some duct work and run new lines witch was definitely worth it in the end . Thank You AIM for getting my moms house cool again …

I was hesitant in seeking a company to assist with my AC repair after being ripped off in the past. I knew I needed a new AC as my unit was 19 years old. I read some reviews on Thumbtack and sent out the service request to various companies. Jimmy C., the owner and CEO of AIM Service Group was the first person to immediately respond and see how he could help. He confirmed that he could meet at my location on a Saturday which was exactly what I was looking for. Jimmy walked me through the my service issues, ran a courtesy test, and took the time to run through my available options. To help in my decision we researched for the best energy efficient system with the best available warranty. We went through and reviewed multiple units and Jimmy was very patient as I was deciding between my final two options that best fit my budget. After being well informed, I selected a Daikin 15.2 Seer 2 HVAC system and I couldn’t be happier with decision. The installation process couldn’t have been easier. The AIM Service Team did a phenomenal job in their workmanship and even took the time to clean and organised part of my garage so that I had a clean presentation of their work when I got home. On top of all of this the best part of the process was that Jimmy stated that i would find that no one could match his pricing and quality of service and he was true to his word.
