AIM went above and beyond. I had my elderly parents staying with me and we had 5 dogs collectively with no AC and every company I called seemed to tell me I had to wait until Monday when the suppliers were open for the parts (this was on a Saturday, in the worst of summer heat) and AIM was prepared and had everything my unit needed stocked on their truck. They were efficient, professional and way more affordable than any other quote I got. They saved the day as far as I’m concerned. Signed up for their maintenance program and canceled my other company.
