- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the State of Florida as a Full Specialist (Skin and Nail care). I periodicaly attend seminars offered by Exel, which is the skincare line I use at my beauty studio. I am also a Certified Dinair Airbrush Makeup Artist, and have over 20 years experience in traditional makeup. Me and my team of stylists and Makeup Artists also attend the Premiere Orlando trade shows and other beauty related seminars every year to keep up to date with the latest products, trends and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born with a passion for makeup. I used to dress up my little nephews like girls and applied makeup on them. I used to watch my older sister while she was doing her makeup to go out, and after she was gone I played with all her makeup and learned a lot. Later on applying makeup to my friends as a teenager, and as a grown up pursuing my career and getting my license.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly Brides, Proms, Quinceañeras, Photo Shoots, and any special event.
