Needed to update Laptop OS to Windows 10 and install a new SSD. Windows 7 Pro had become massively corrupted. Microsoft's Update to Windows 10 would not take to My specific system several times, but, due to Richard's perserverance and professionalism he kept at it where others would have given up. We had several jobs that we needed help with: Upgrade an older Mac desktop, reclaim a crashed Microsoft laptop and learn how to work with syncing the family Apple computers (two iPhones, one MacBook and one Mac desktop). Richard is really good with hardware and network upgrades and downloads plus he understands security needs and how to deliver a secure system. When he got done, his installations worked and the prices he charges are competitive.

Richard worked on my personal laptop, and it has not given me the first issue since. Also, he worked on a computer at my church that I use to take my online seminary courses, and it is working better than ever now. He is fast and accurate in his work. He is also dependable, reliable, and reasonable. I need not look anywhere else for answers to my IT questions.
