Mark went above and beyond. He wanted to see if he could fix the hot water heater before replacing. Didn’t need replacing it needed to be purged. After completing that, the drain faucet was leaking so I asked him to replace it. He went and purchased a new one. Due to corrosion it would not budge. He tried heating with a blowtorch, that didn’t work so had to cut it off, then very carefully chip the rest out. Finally got it! Would hire again.
