My wife and I recently completed a home renovation that included a total kitchen remodel. I have known Paul Montgomery for many years and have heard many people say that he is the best in the business. We now have first-hand experience in understanding why he has that reputation. Paul is extremely detail oriented. He worked closely with us every step of the way, from coming to the house to discuss what we wanted, measuring for and customizing our cabinets, and advising us as to the products we eventually chose from his showroom. All timelines for install were met, inspite of the fact that our project might have been a bit more challenging due to the customized floor tile design he had to work around. This resulted in a few more changes to our original plan, and we can't thank Paul enough for his patience in making those 'after-thought' ideas work into our design. Paul came to our home to follow-up on our project to ensure our total satisfaction. In addition to our pleasure in working with Paul, we were also impressed with the expertise of his employees installing our cabinets. Their attention to detail is commendable.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because we are custom every job has to be cost out per job.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We are a job shop. We build anything that a custom can explain or draw.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the company's history. How long have they been in business? Do they produce the type of work you are looking for? Or will you be the first. Ask to see a list of material types that they use. Good quality material or the cheapest they can find. This will tell a lot about the company. Don't let price be the only thing that sells you.
