- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge my worth, meaning I know how much work I am willing to put into a project and I charge accordingly. I use only the best products and I don’t cut corners. I am not a chop shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a thorough consultation. I ask a lot of questions to make sure that the customer and I are on the same page. I want them to be happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many different color certifications. I worked as a makeup artist for a prestigious makeup company that I learned a lot from. I am always learning in any way I can. 20 years of experience doesn’t hurt either.
