- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic price depends on multiple factors: length of training, type of training, amount of training sessions. Also price depends on whether it is personal or group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a consultation to answer some basic health and lifestyle questions, followed by an assessment session, then a final session to determine the course of training needed to reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have the following certifications: Personal Trainer, Weight & Lifestyle Management, Fitness Nutrition, Physique & Figure Specialist, Metabolic Resistance Training, and Cross Training.
