Doctor, Surgeon, Yoga Teacher, and Professor of Anatomy creates a medical yoga therapy private session that is uniquely designed to provide physical therapy and massage techniques, combined with assisted stretching, classic yoga practice, and core conditioning,strength training, ending with guided meditation. This is a most unique well rounded unique way to condition, heal, and create a healthy balance of body mind and spirit. The inspiration is my clients who time and time again teach goals that they thought they would never achieve! I am the guide by the side, not the sage on the stage. I do not do "ShowGa"!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have knowledge of Anatomy and Kinesiology. I taught personal trainers and yoga teachers Anatomy. I teach currently to medical professionals. As a Physician there is nobody out there that can take care of your physical emotional and mental well being in the holistic world unless they are also physicians. Most personal trainers and yoga teachers do not have terminal degrees.
