Introduction: Active and happy in the Longwood area, Seminole county for over 4 years. Prior to owning and training members at The Strength Shop, I was the head strength coach at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando for several years where I trained most of the WWE Superstars you see from Monday night Raw and Smackdown. I train athletes looking to improve their performance and everyday people looking to improve their general health, strength and weight management goals. My job is not to “kick your butt” or anything extreme like that. I meet you where you’re at in your current physical condition and show you the safest, most effective and efficient way to get you the results you’re looking for.
