- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with most products and services, the more you buy the cheaper it is. Let me know everything you'd like to transfer and I'll give you the best price anywhere!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to determine the scope of work p ie how many tapes, what format and what the deliverables should be. I'll give you a price and an approximate time for fulfillment. Depending on how big the project is we might require a deposit but usually just pay when you receive your files.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 decades of owning and operation a world class video and audio production facility. In that time I've worked with local small budget clients all the way up to major broadcast networks and multinational corporations - all get my full attention!
