FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing when talking to a new client is to listen to them. Since my product is visual I need to take the time to learn what image they wish to portray. With corporate clients I focus more on efficiency. They generally want it done fast. I've streamlined my workflow to the point where I can provide the end product quickly. Sometimes even the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with Kelby Training and the Creative Cloud. The field changes at warp speed. I spend a good deal of time trying to keep up with it because it keeps me charged up. Makes me grab my camera gear and try new things.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A photographer has a very visual resume. Choose a photographer that you like their work. Most of us are artists. A few are better at the business end of it. Try to find an artist;)
